What types of yoga classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of class styles - from gentle beginner-friendly flow, to more dynamic hatha and mindfulness/relaxation sessions. All levels are welcome. If you’re new to yoga or haven’t practised in a while, we’ll help you find the right class to start safe and comfortable.
What should I bring, and what should I wear?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothes you can move in. Bring a water bottle. It is recommended to bring a yoga mat. If you don’t have a mat, a towel or blanket works too.
How can I register for a class?
Are there any beginner-friendly classes available?
Yes, we offer beginner-friendly classes designed to introduce fundamental poses and breathing techniques to new practitioners.
Do you offer private yoga sessions?
Yes, we provide private yoga sessions tailored to individual needs, available by appointment.
Do I need to have any experience or be flexible to join?
Not at all. Yoga isn’t about being super-flexible - it’s about growing strength, mobility, body awareness, and calm. Many beginners start with limited flexibility. Mireille will offer modifications so you feel supported and can progress at your own pace.
What’s your booking, cancellation, and no-show policy?
You’ll want to book ahead online or via app. To cancel without penalty, you need to do so at least 9 hours before class. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a credit loss of one class. This ensures spots are used and keeps things fair for everyone.
What if I arrive late?
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early, especially for your first class. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has begun — this is to respect the practice of everyone already in the room and keep the session safe and smooth.
What are your membership / drop-in / package options?
We offer drop-in classes purchased online starting at $22, with discounts for a 5-class pass. Check our classes page for more details.
How accessible is the studio (parking, changing/locker rooms)?
Free parking is available on-site. We have change rooms and bathrooms. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
Can I come to class if I’m pregnant or postpartum?
Absolutely! Mireille has over seven years of experience teaching pre- and postnatal yoga and completed her own teacher training while pregnant. She understands the unique needs of each stage and skillfully offers safe, supportive modifications to help you move with confidence and ease.
